Set eligibility criteria and rules for admission, define admission route, whether through entrance exam or merit, screen applicants, shortlist students, generate cut-off lists and register students for admission. Counseling services are also available to help students select the desired course. On the day of admission, students can pay their fees, get their photos clicked, get their ID cards, log-in password for the Student Portal and complete all other formalities of enrolment from a single window. Biometrics is captured to facilitate student identification.

Choice Based Credit System (CBCS)

This Module facilitates the implementation of the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) which has recently been made mandatory by the Indian Government. Students can choose their core subjects and are free to pick electives from any other subject group, in accordance with CBCS guidelines issued by UGC and MHRD.

RTI applications can be submitted online and directed to the concerned department. The applications are processed and response submitted to the applicant online. The system sends reminders to departments which have not responded, and tracking features keep tabs on the status of the application.
